so random question if anyone can help

so i am trying to upgrade items in 1.5 and finding some are not upgrading/ some say i need to be level 51 but cap is 50 is this a bug/ something random, example i cannot upgrade v's normal gun except its rarity i have all the mats but cannot upgrade its stats and says blocked cannot upgrade until level 51 but there is no level 51 what is going on here?

if it's blocked, it's due to level. The only other things that could be holding you back are level or materials. Given that 50 is the cap, it's stands to reason that you can't upgrade beyond the game's cap for levels in general. 50 seems to be the max. If it's white or green that could be what's holding that item back from being upgraded to where YOU want it to be. Just a thought.
