You'd be surprised at the level of stupid among contractors. Wouldn't surprise me at all if there were real-life examples of the same.

Or maybe showing that spot gets sunlight, just for only a few hours a day. Few things look more oppressed than a solar panel underneath a bridge.

Could also show how the city has changed, and how some corp literally gave no f***s when they built the bridge or building right over people's homes.
