[Solved} Can't play "with a little help from my friends" mission

So the thing is that i can't play this mission cause Panam just won't call me, i waited about a week in the game's time and nothing she didn;t call me, i'm in the middle of mission called "chippin' in" can this be the reason why didn't she call? Cause i progressed in the main story quite a bit


[Solved] I rebooted game and it worked as it should

Same thing seems to be happening to me. Rebooting the game doesn't help.
