[SOLVED] Game stop on loading locaion

Hello there i'm new, i have the EE edition (1.4.5.1303 version), and when i load a new location (like in the tutorial the different floor of the castle) the game stop itself on loading, isen't a true crash because the game is no "not responding" on task manager, but just dont go in the next "stage".Sorry about my english and realy thanx for any idea.

what game version? original + patch or Enhanced DVD ?read: Getting tech help on the forum and attach that PCWizard report as instructed ( use the older version of PCWizard if you have problems with the newer one )

and you keep the DVD in drive right?

Yes the DVD is on the drive. In the tutorial i have experience this problem a lot of time, example when i try to get down to the laboratory, normaly the second try on loading was successfully, but now then i have to get out from Kaer Mormen to do the funeral of Leo there is no way to get out, the strange thing is that: if i dont speak in order to continue the quest i dont experience any problem on exit from the castle :-\ .I have already try to reinstall the game.Thanx again.

this is after Leo funeral, when loading Outskirts of Vizima? the game hangs there?if so, load the Autosave, or just press ESC so you skip the cut-scene

I have try to reinstall the game again (the second time ) and now all work :evil:btw thx for the help ^^
