[SOLVED] Movies graphics issue (not cutscenes)

ok this is my problem. - when watching the intro movie(or any other movie in game) i get really bad horizontal scan lines, but only when whatever happening on screen is moving fasthttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DTAfDCth0rg&feature=related here is video of whats happening, watch for when geralt drinks the potion....it gets lines everywheremy driver is up to date, and no other programs (antivrus off) running - - would replacing the actual movie files help? i read in another post that by downloading the .bik movie files and manually replacing them it helped an install problem, so i wnder if it would fix this.the actual gameplay plays smooth and looks fine at highest settings (tried all the CCC settings and movie still runs bad))I apologize for starting a new thread, but i used the search function and didnt see anyone with the exact same problem. (EDIT- i am running version 15 with dir cut fresh out of the box ee version)Pentium dual core 2.8 GhzWindows XP meda center edition SP32.5 GB DDR3 RAMATI Radeon HD4550 1GB video card

I was looking at videos of the movies on youtube, and it seems more than 90% of the people who uploaded thier videos have the exact same problem i am having. maybe im just a graphics ******, but all those damned lines ruin the movies for me.does this happen to everybody? if so thats pretty lame. if anyone can shed some light on this i would be appreciative.

I found a fix and now the Witcher runs smooth and looks great - no more graphic issues. -I returned my ATI HD4550 to FRYS and got a BFG Nvidia GTS250(which is gigantic BTW).after installing and getting latest drivers i opened up my Nvidia control panel, forced Vsync on, and BAM! no more lines. The HD4550 was the first and last ATI card I will own, Nvidia hasnt failed me yet. (although no matter what i try i get lousy Netflix streams, lol)LOL, the reason i thought most of videos were doing was becuase of my card, my bad.(see above post)

NIce, I recently got a GTS 250 as well and must say I am really impressed by the cost/performance ratio!
