[SOLVED] need help updating to patch 1.4

Well ive been having problems with installing the 1.4 patch to the witcher. First of all ive been trying to download the patch and language pack but each time i try to download it from that polish site, it redirects me to the start. ive been looking therough the faqs and past thread but have not found anyone with a similar issue. pls help guys

use one of the mirrors, any one, and like the FAQ says, before installing first CHECK the files with MD5

It says that it's for the 1.5 patch. We are trying to get the 1.4 patch.

When I try to apply the 1.4 patch, I get an error message that says register the game, even though it's already registered.

When I try to register it, I get an error message that says invalid password.

When I click the button that says I forgot my password, it asks for my E-mail address and says that instructions have been sent to reset my password, but the E-mail never arrives.

Yes, I downloaded the patch from that same link.

Something is wrong.

I first noticed this problem when The Witcher 2 was released.

Right now I'm playing the unpatched retail version of The Witcher, because I've been trying to upgrade this for 2 1/2 months.

well, since they change it in the mean time, please RE-download the patch and retry

I re-downloaded both the 1.4 patch and the English language pack from that Polish site, and I got the same errors.

Are there any other reliable sites that I can use to download the 1.4 patch and the English language pack, other than that Polish site?

wrong, i gave you the link, it has patch 1.5 and 1.4 ( updated ) that you need and a separate link for the polish site FOR the language packs. use the polish site ONLY for the language packs

Yes, I know. The only reason that I am being such a pain in the ass about this is that I love this game. My computer can't play The Witcher 2. I'll download again from that link that you just provided.
