I gust finish the quest "Cave of Dreams" and when I teleported to the nearest fast travel "Holmstein's Port" the air looks like its hot (moves so fast) or in other way looks like Geralt is drunk. I don't know if its part of the game or something else. Someone help me, please.

Isn't that the quest where Geralt ingests a bunch of magic mushrooms? You're probably still feeling the effects of the hallucinogens. Try meditating before fast traveling anywhere?

No, because when I travel to other places (made other quests) and return again and the problem remains
