Some combat exploits. [Gameplay spoilers]

I watched some streams and noticed some very cheesy ways to win fights.

1. Crossbow spamming. Enemies will stand there doing nothing when you are out of range, you can spam your crossbow till they are dead.
2. Axii sign to stun and 1 hit finisher even when the enemy is much higher level to you.
3. 1v1 Axii to stun, hit couple of times, back off rinse and repeat.
4. Normal enemies doesn't have any counter attacks, you can spam melee attacks 1v1 till they are dead.

I'm sure there are others, I'm hoping dev will address these issues.

Yeah I heard too that there are some exploits. Especially the smashing your sword against an isolated enemy, resulting in him being stunlocked.

A lot of people would probably prefer to learn the game themselves. Gameplay spoilers should really be marked as such.

Appreciate if you could consider that in the future.

I wonder if you can still cheese the entire game with Igni spam like in 1 and 2.

I'm not sure if this is really difficulty based. Maybe they counter more often on harder difficulties making it harder to stunlock them. Would be interesting to know.

Personally, i use cheese exploits only when the game annoys me too much. If i cannot beat the level, but a certain trick guarantees a win, then i will use it.

Like the ''hell hound'' bug in the first game. For the life of me, i could not beat the stupid bloody hell hound. It would knock me down and that would be it. So, after a few attempts, i got into the position where i am 100% safe and spammed my melee swings until i won.

If The Witcher Wild Hunt has really frustrating portions of it, you better believe i will use any and all exploits to bypass it. Dont want players using exploits? Dont make the game frustrating as hell.
