Some gameplay suggestions for the devs post 1.6 patch !

+
My two cents for things CDPR teams can add to the game-

0. Adding reasons to continue playing.. aka.. increase street cred limit from 50 to 300/500. Every level of street cred may come with some benefits as in loots(weapons, mods, iconics, clothings, collectibles, cars) as rewards, NPCs will begin to recognize you, vendors have new arsenals for you, NCPD is gonna be harder, enemies will toughen up, netrunners will blast you with quickhacks after quickhacks.. more maxtacs.. cyberpsychos will be after you in the streets, you get access to new apartments, more eddies for gigs/encounters, gangs will recognize you and start shooting at you, corpo gigs will become available, radio will announce your deeds, afterlfe will have a cabin just for you, drinks named after you once you hit 300 turning you into a living legend etc.

1. Adding new fixers/retired fixers coming back to town. As a legend aka when street cred reaches 300/500, V can become a fixer as well leading a team of cyberpunks who are just like V, assisting them on missions, leveling them up, chance to betray them or promote them, get into the good graces of corpos or just screw them to bits.. y'know.. live the lifestyle. Can be good or evil.. go big and Make Jackie's dream come true.

2. New mission shards that will carry a story and perhaps an opportunity for V to complete the story as s/he sees fit without cutscenes/dialogue options(easier/less time consuming to implement from a developer point of view.)

3. Reputation level with gangs/fixers. Bad rep = shoot on sight at HQ, random car chase/drivebys, fights with other cyberpunks sent to kill you. Good rep = new cars, car vinyls, new gigs, access to new weapons/vendors, minigames, rewards based on rep level etc. If max rep level reached, V will become the gang leader and will control a district which will generate gang war evens similar to police scanner events you can resolve and get more loot.

4. As many others have said many times.. Car visual customization. But its a big ask from development standpoint.

5. Sniper missions/gigs.. like one corpo gonk trying to off a rival or something.

6. Extended multi layer police encounter. As in, a random encounter generates a followup encounter mission with tougher difficulty and better loot, which generates an even tougher one with multiple cyberpsychos and better loot. It will take a hit on gang rep.

7. Shoulder mounted rocket Launcher like the one of Smasher. But you can only use it once, you have to refill ammo afterwards and the rockets should cost a fortune as it will be OP.

8. Upgrade afterlife to have more stuff to do there.. like darts, arm wrestling, buying a drink for all others, shooting contest etc.

9. The whole game has one drawback.. you cant find arasaka/militech easily if you want to fight them as the theme is based on Cyberpunks vs corpo. Add badlands missions/gigs/encounters where you get to fight tougher corpo armies/enemy types in strongholds to get better loots. Create tougher enemies. By tougher, I mean increasing their damage and effective AI, not just bulletsponges.

10. Loot system update where specific loots will be found in specific encounters. Corpo office gigs/missions will give you corpo loots aka arasaka tech can only be available in Arasaka gonks. The higher the difficulty the higher the loot quality. Same as Militech and other gangs. Maxtac will carry police specific legendary loots.

11. More items/things to buy aka create new options to spend money. Literally after a certain point, money becomes useless. I would prefer devs to add new cars/custom varients to buy. Also weapons are very limited, there should be at least 10+ weapons for every category so players can choose and play around with weapon subtypes with abilities to change firing modes aka 2 round burst, 3 round burst, 5 round burst, brushfire, singleshot etc.

12. A feature where NPCs react to you based on your street cred. As in NPCs wouldnt care who you are and would pick a fight with you when you are low on street cred or just call you names.. but at higher level the perceptions would change. I.e.. if you aim gun at someone, low street cred means they would just try to pick a fight with you. mid street cred means they would call the cops.. high street cred means they would apologize and run away immediately or ask for autographs.

13. Food item variation would be nice. Adding multiple useful buffs on food would make them somewhat useful as in extra street cred per action or exp or increase carry capacity or ability just purely ability based as in meats would make your brawling more effective.. drinks would increase stamina regeneration faster... fast food will grant you +20% xp.. sandwich will reduce incoming damage from bullets.. sweets will increase enemy quickhack duration and so on.

14. Add tougher enemies who are immune/somewhat resistant to quickhacks. Netrunning would not be as easy as it is now. Intelligence would come with a health debuff. as in if intelligence is 20, your max health stays below 200 and armor maxes out at 150 so you have to stay behind cover and your weapon accuracy will be reduced by 70%. You will get oneshotted by EVERYTHING. Or if Body is 20, your weapon spread increases by 200% and cant use more than 1 quickhack. If your reflexes are high, you wont be able to use quickhacks at all and your health stays below 400 and armor below 300.

15. add enemies that use sandevistan as well and option to scan them so you can check what kind of cyberwears they have so the player can tactically approach the situation. If a level 50 netrunner is in the field you have to eliminate them first or you are F&CKED. Or if there are enemies using sandevistan, you need to disable them as soon as you can before they hack you into pieces. It will put your netrunning/sandevistans build to proper use and combat would be challenging/tactical instead of just brute force. And hence a new difficulty level arises.

16. Car performance modifications so random race events can be an option but only in the badlands. But it has prerequisites.. such as lots of new cars added to the game.

17. More Nomads/interations with nomads. Some story missions/rep system so you can lead your own nomad clan or manage the clan as in procure weapons, find places to camp, raid corpo strongholds, level up the shops/vehicles/living arrangements etc.

Should also add an option to mark weapons as favorite, so when you sell weapons or disassemble them, they stay on top of the list.

This is actually a fantastic suggestion. It's hard to find the weapon we used previously.

This would be great. Kinda like Borderlands where you mark items as favourite or trash and then you can sell all the trash with a single button.

One thing I have wanted for a long time is a flashlight. So many dark places and during night time it can be difficult to see sometimes. It helps that the scanner higlights loot but still.

Well, when you have an augmented eye that can scan your surrounding, flashlight kind of negates the utility. lol but visually it would be nice.

(Facial) Character Customization in-game Needed

I definitely would like to have some type of cosmetic surgeon to change the facial appearance for things that you cannot do in the mirror, like changing your nose, cheeks, cyberware, etc.

*Fixed

Cyberpunk promotes in the intro of the game 'be whatever you wanna be' but you can't change that after character creation..
(On PC you can get a mod for this but console player are just stuck on this. Please help us out!!
You can do this at the ripper docs after 1.6.

I would like to have an iconic tech shotgun in the game. Right now it is the only weapon which does not have an iconic version.

They should give us a chrome skin option with different colours like Rebecca from the show or Lizzy from the game
The idea is cool indeed, but developing it would take way too much time for very little change.

Yep. Not just iconic, no of weapons is way too low in the game in each category. It should be at least double the number if not triple.

18. Simply by using Shards and messaging system in the game, the devs can create massive branching storylines with multiple outcomes without ANY need for developing cutscenes/dialogues, tho cutscene and dialogues would make the immersion a lot more intense. As for example, a gig can guide you to a shard where you learn about a new fixer and a location of a unsolved gig that sends you to gang hideout to retrieve and item which you may decide to keep/deliver in the message. If you deliver, you get rewards+streetcreds. If you decide to betray, the fixer gives you a 4* wanted level and sends a few cars full of gangs towards you to fend off.

haven't seen much ppl asking / or mention the thing with M.D Finger's... except on YT comments and reddit posts but they should implement a way to redeem yourself for punching him so you can get access to his inventory again. Cuz once you punch him you are locked out from all his stuff (and for a new player whos almost done with the story without knowing about it and then realizing it after being 2 missions away from completing the game its kind of annoying) so making a side quest or paying him some big sum of eddies would be a good way to redeem yourself.
