Some (new) information

+
All of that info is awesome, thanks for supplying, Sid! :]

But here's my fear about how they'll keep the main story relevant throughout the game- tons and tons of timed quests; honestly, I understand why it might need to happen, and perhaps it's the best way to keep the player focused, but I worry that the storytelling experience might feel rushed or hectic if this tactic is not executed really well.

Other than that, everything on that list sounds like a peach.

So, Iorveth confirmed too? Roche already was. Good news!
Iorveth was confirmed long time ago by main story writer on gameinformer video.
He said "Ioverth is not the same man", when talking about W3.

- The plot of Witcher 3 will last several months. It's possible there will be time jumps.
- you will meet old friends like rittersporn (i think his name is different in the english version- its the bard) and zoltan. Depending on your choices in witcher 2 characters will react differently towards Geralt. For example Iorveth could be grateful or angry.
-Yennefer will play a big role.
-The Gamestar guy asked if Ciri will make a apperiance. Konrad answered "I cant reveal it now" (sounded like a yes according to Gamestar)

These four points are new to me. Good job and thanks for sharing!

I know, right ? />

Perhaps CDPR wants to surprise us with her showing up in the game...
But it makes me feel really uneasy that Yennefer is confirmed and Ciri isn't.

If they wanted to remain secretive about it, they would not have confirmed ANY
of these two equally important characters, right ?

...what if the "loved ones" they talked about are Triss and Yennefer ?

Arrrrrghh, CDPR sure knows how to drive the fans crazy.

:p/>

I thnink they already confirmed her somewhere before.

wow that is one great piece! thanks for sharing friend and for making my not-so-festive phase at the moment brighter!

I still hope if we can get to play post-game. Roche and now Iorveth returning YES!

SO MUCH EXCITEMENTZ :D

I'm almost sure Ciri will appear, if not, why not saying anything and letting fly the imagination of fans...

I just hope they present us an epic Ciri/Yennefer trailer... Where they present us the character, even for those who cannot read the books.

calling it, first half of the story geralt is hunting for WH to try and find ciri, second half is him with ciri fighting them
.

Link?

I just hope that CDPR can soon bring us a real game demo showing TW3. The previous trailers were exciting but didn't include much features.

That would make a great present :D

This game keeps getting better and better with every bit of information being revealed. TW3 will be a gaming milestone for sure.

I found all the information interesting, but 'Yennefer playing a big role' is the greatest news for me. I was hoping she would, but i thought maybe we 'd find her at the end of the game (which would be a little disappointing).

Maybe they continue the game after the story like RDR did

At the end of the game, geralt is dead and you control ciri

The only new info is this really:

at the moment they are debating if there will be the possibility to continue playing after the end of the story. If they decide there wont be this possibility, we will get a warning before the "point of no return"
I was left with the impression that this was already decided. Anyway, I'm sure they'll make the right choice. Personally, I strongly believe that the game's integrity would benefit from ending when the main quest is complete. Only CDPR really know how the game's going to go though, so they're the only ones that could possibly make an informed decision on this. I'm just making assumptions based on their previous titiles in the series.

The rest is just giving examples for stuff we already knew, which is nice, I suppose. Regardless, thanks for taking the time to translate and post this, Scryar.
