Some problems on 4:3 monitor

There is some problems on my 4:3 monitor (1024x768). First there is no descriptons to some item in inventory. If hover cursor over this item first time then description window fast blink up-down; if hover cursor second time then happen nothing.
Second problem is screenshot issues if there is background (on screen)

i have this issue. my tv isn''t able to change screen when playing the game at higher resolution. somehow my tv will be fine to change the screen if i force my playstation 4 to be put on 480p... i though't the game team behind Cyberpunk2077 worked so hard and didn't miss anything and now i can't see how much ammo i got and how much healing items i have and so on.
