Someone please explain my ending (details inside the topic)

This is what I've done:
- Went with Roche because he trusted Geralt and he helped him to escape from the prison
- Killed Henselt because all he wanted was power and he didn't really care about his people
- Instead of saving Triss I saved Anais, don't get me wrong, I love Triss as a character but considering she won't be mad because of Geralt saving Anais I helped Roche saving Foltest's child, also from chapter 2 I considered Roche as a friend
- Gave Anais to Radovid, honestly I didn't even see the option to give her to Natalis, Temeria will still be safe if I understood correctly though
- Let Letho go away, first because he saved Triss (yeah, Triss got in that mess because of him but still...) and second because he didn't look like an enemy to me, to be honest in their talk Geralt and him looked like friends, Geralt also got restored his memory by talking with him

That said, in the ending I see an army going somewhere, are those Nilfgaardians? (excuse me if the spelling is wrong) is that where TW3 starts? There's going to be a war? (If so then that's epic, I always loved large scale wars/battles in games like this) Also what's the meaning of the ladybug? Of course I know that if you see one it means you're lucky, but why does she fly away as soon as Geralt tries to take her? Does that mean he'll be unlucky?
Thanks for the answers, I'd like to thank CDPR for this awesome journey :) Can't wait for TW3!

One more question, it's a bit stupid and the answer is probably yes but will TW3 change based on what we did in TW2?

Yes, the army is Nilfgaardian, they are invading the North. And yes, there will be a war, but TW3 is set 6 months after the events of TW2 and therefore the Nilfgaardian invasion will have made some considerable progress. Most likely it will have come to a standstill and we'll mostly get to see small skirmishes and war ravaged lands - probably no large scale battles (apart from cutscenes, maybe).

The ladybug has been discussed to some extent, see this thread.

There has not been a definite answer from the devs whether or not our choices in TW2 will affect TW3, but they're looking into it. Most likely it will be like TW1->TW2, some small changes will occur, a bit of dialogue here, encountering a character there... you probably shouldn't expect anything major, though, like the war taking different turns or something like that.

Of course they'll affect TW3! Our choices are the main core of the game, and it changes everything in the end. It would be really lazy no to consider our past decisions on the Witcher 3 journey.
