"Something's Not Right"

Wondering the countryside of Toussaint, occasionally Geralt will say this.
Is it just random chatter, like "nice tune", or is it a hint to look around the area?

He sometimes says that when you're near a point of interest, but sometimes it does seem to be random. :unsure:

One example I clearly remember is an abandoned site/guarded treasure where there's an Alp; Geralt says "Something's not right" when near that area.

I've found a few places where there are barghests there.
