Ive looked at reddit posts, general information and have tried the following:
- Removed and reinstalled the Realtek sound driver for motherboard
- Removed and reinstalled the NVIDIA driver for my GPU
- Removed and reinstalled Cyberpunk
- Reduced the sound quality via windows to 16 bit, 44100hz and disabling audio enhancements / spatial sound
- Turning the master volume down (yes that was listed as an option). I get the same with speakers or headphones.
- Getting annoyed at my inability to figure this out
- Run at borderless windowed mode
- Starting a new game/loading an older save
Hoping for some tips and thank you!
