SpellBound quest not popping up

I did Ghost Town, and the internet says that Spellbound should trigger if I go to Nix. Well, I went to Nix and he isnt saying anything to me or letting me interact with him.

Spellbound literally just popped up for me after i finished side quest called "Kold Mirage"
