You can say that you don't care about that. Not in night City, you dont bocome a legens by being good person
It was Jackie's thing.

Same, i just want an ending where I can avoid the enegram solution, can be put back into the city to get on with my average life. Or at least avoid getting soulkilled and head off with the nomads.my V didn't want to become a legend, she just wanted to get by. I said as much to Jackie in the last car ride, to the girl in Clouds, and then proved myself to be a decent person with every action I took.
Dude, what do you think mercs do? You can do gigs in city and pretty much you always fuck someone overYou can say that you don't care about that.

No, didn't you guys get the memo? This game is an action-adventure. Says so literally in the game's description.Well, supposed to at least.
they said in the investors' call that the main team will be resting until February while they patch up last gen and remaining bugs on other versions. not sure anyone will be there to hear our demands.I think we should really start demanding answer from CDPR, because it's not a matter of 1 ending that we don't like (it happens, that's the thing with fixed stories) but we in all 6 endings they dropped the ball like that and just copy pasted them with slightly different cosmetic frames around.
What's your take on V taking the route to trust arasaka or relinquish to Johnny but then expecting to still have a continuation/DLC aspect? At a basic level the player took that route knowing Arasaka and corps don't care about human life and will fuck everyone over, how do you then manage doing a U-turn on those role-play perspectives you took as a player? As I said before, in my playthrough Jhonny didn't make himself look redemable. I decided to take Arasaka's brain surgery so i don't have to kill my soul in the process. I wasn't planning to sell my soul to Araska, i was using them as much as they were using me. In the end I decided to return to Earth with my cancer rather than sign their contract. But I was given no closure after the credits.
Ha.. tipical... whats the point of the gun? The thing is, if they wanna punish us with a sad ending, it's enough punishment already to know that we indirectly helped Sobaru to take back control. Let us live on with that knowledge. Knowing it, then still die in 6 month is just a kick in the mouth cause we cannot even right our mistakes.Yeah this is why I had to redo the arasaka's ending twice to find that kinda closure, there's a moment when you can remove a gun sitting next to Yorinobu. The first time I removed it and ended in the space dump, I thought, maybe if the gun remains he's going to kill himself making Honoka the next in line to control the corp but nope no changes T__T
Actually, you just don't realize you are being manipulating into choosing the "best" ending. Please.Well i cant blame you, i look at this from diffrent perspective. You either think people are redeemable or not
ah yes, what do mercs do? save women from scavengers, for example. save cyberpsychoes' lives. save obsessed reporters from corporations. stop trafficking rings. stop production of snuff braindances.Dude, what do you think mercs do? You can do gigs in city and pretty much you always fuck someone over
Yeah, we really screwed over those bad guys! Dangit!ah yes, what do mercs do? save women from scavengers, for example. save cyberpsychoes' lives. save obsessed reporters from corporations. stop trafficking rings. stop production of snuff braindances.
such depravity, indeed.
Not on Gog nor Steam, and when I said that month ago on the forum I got mocked: "RPG first.".No, didn't you guys get the memo? This game is an action-adventure. Says so literally in the game's description.![]()
Are people finally realizing what I stated like 15 times in this thread?Man, I can't get over this new feeling that the worse endings aren't just bad endings, they're punishments. I don't feel like "Oh shit, that's bad, I should've done something else". I feel like the game is saying "Oh yeah? Want to go back to NC? Don't wanna see our super special Keanu Reeves ending? Fine, fuck you, you're a clone that has six months to live and your only options in the dialogue leading up to the space heist are you breaking ties with the people who love you. Oh? You wanna go Arasaka to avoid Soulkiller? Fine, fuck you even more, you get to keep V but now you're a fucking vegetable that can't even solve a 2x2 Rubik's Cube and you still die in six months, fuck you."
Yeah but if only that end would go on, I still won´t play. Because it´s not the end that keep my interests intactIf we had happy end in original game It would be the most ordinary game, how many emotions, I am sure that they will continue the nomad line in the dlc or add a branch with a good ending
If it was immediately, then there would not be such strong emotions, agree))
There was a lot in the other endings I hadn't seen at the time that, now that I have, really makes them feel more like punishments than consequences. Are people finally realizing what I stated like 15 times in this thread?![]()
Ahh, action-adventure Role Playing Game. They cannot get away from that. Even the GOG description states thatNo, didn't you guys get the memo? This game is an action-adventure. Says so literally in the game's description.![]()
