But like it is quoted in the game often enough, escaping NC makes no sense, because NC always sucks people back in.

Why even a copied V nomad run would probably end up returning to NC. Like they say, "All roads lead to Rome".

I just want not to let Judy down. Only reson i came back was cus of her. And again for what. To fuck her life even more? Great she left with nomads cos of me and i will enjoy 6 months and then what? I know its a slim chance that they will ever make "happy ending" with any dlc, but i would play again 100+ hrs to get it. I got really connected to all people, to V, Judy, Viktor, CDPR did great job but I just hope they will make something. Hell maybe even play as a Judy or Panam to save V?

you take Judy with you in the nomad ending so she can experience the death of a friend again in the span of 6 months. The writers are just sadistic.

Yes, if they don't already have a DLC plan (or concept) on how to tie these endings together. If they don't, that's why we need to keep this thread going, and advocate for a "fix" on social media.

Yeah, I also really like Judy, but after everything that character went through (especially Evelyn), you feel bad for going for the romance when it all ends like this anyway

No, corpo definitely wanted it all. V in general wants it all, but most of all they want it all and to survive. So, unlike Jackie V wants to live and become a legend at the same time That's the big difference. V's entire motivation, and arc revolves around his/her own survival.

Check the entire dialogue between V and the Doll. V admits to be afraid of death, or "transforming" into Johnny. V wants to be a legend, just doesn't want to die yet. V had "plans". By the way, this is forced dialogue. No option you choose with the doll will change the outcome of this conversation. Trust me, I reloaded because it was ruining my RP.

This is why V gets so upset with Jackie during the heist. Jackie is reckless. V wants the same goal, but thinks dying is "a high price to pay" for it.

Makes sense anyway. With the games "immortality" themes. There are glimpses here of the story the devs want or are wanting (dlc) to tell.

V started to think about legend only when she meet jackie, she wanted it only because jackie talked about it ao much, V was nobody before act 2, then she start to meet peoples Which helped to understand who she is and what she wants

Space heist ending is even worse because she breaks up with V for becoming distant and not talking about the whole situation. At least in the nomad ending, she probably has nice memories of V

Should have just added the clip of Judy crying in the credits of every ending, to make the point hit home harder.

No, in corpo context specifically, there is a dialogue option in the intro, that she has to go along with Arasaka to be "top". Then you consider the dialogue with the Doll "wanted too much at once", etc. V wanted it all before the chip. The doll algorithm knows V's deepest thoughts.

I read that it was pretty jarring. In the Arasaka ending it was all looking fine until that credit scene. Could be another romance cliffhanger, but looks like writers yet again railroading the player. They can't just make the Arasaka ending look like it was the best. I guess.

I think that the fact that after playing with the kids of Joss and makin love with River in his last quest, the next morning you tell him what´s going on and ask him if he still wants you. And his reply to that was again, showing his great character and heart, because he kinda implied that no matter what there is, he wants to be with you. Sadly in the nomad ending though, he wouldn´t go with you because he can´t let his family down. But like I posted a couple minutes ago, I feel like leaving NC makes no sense anyway, because if you do, you´ll just end up returning anyway. Remember streetkid start. "V: Tried my luck in Atlanta. Padre: Didn´t turn out well? V: If it had, I wouldn´t be back, right?" That shows you, that no matter where you go, once you´ve been in NC, you always end up there.

Yet again, another potential romance cliffhanger. "All roads lead to.. NC". Similar to blood and wine where your main game romance accompanies you. I don't expect too much here other than a few lines of dialogue (with all romance options) though.

You'd have to return to NC (and surrounding areas) if they intend on expanding the game past the ending for an expansion anyway. Let you play after the fact, instead of reloading prior - which is also a big complaint from the playerbase.

And to think that some has been ripperdocs in Arizona could help you more than for example the high technology of Arasaka, than it is just wishful thinking(not that´s it bad, I do the same in other directions).

It's not that I expect more, but I hope for more character related sidequests. Every single Judy, River, Panam sidequest was just so much more interesting than the main story. And from what I see here in the forum, many people want more of those quests or just stuff to do with these characters. So there's at least a chance

Those quests then would have to lead some ending where V lives, else it's just more misery.

Don't get me wrong, stuff like that would be great! But gotta keep expectations tempered, Just look at launch.

I'm probably already giving myself too much hope that V's story has yet to be concluded!
