[Spoiler Alert] About the endings

Well sorry to break it to you but there are no choices in this game, so the experience when it comes to the story is pretty much the same for everybody. And you know what's worse than have a story with no choice? A predictable story with no choice

I know you dont have to tell me this isnt my first post here. It just hope and educated guess speaking from me.

It’s part of why I think the endings are all so terrible for future content lol they shouldn’t have put a time limit on V if they intended to carry them forward, which is why it seems less likely they wanted to. Story wise it would have made more sense to just introduce the next Big Bad or alternative motivation. Like you said, what’s the point if we know the DLC is either going to end with ANOTHER way to cheat death or actual perma-death this time?

They introduced 101 interesting concepts for pursuing (corps and corrupt police and mysterious orgs brainwashing people, etc) and chose none of them to follow up on in favor of “V is still dying nothing you chose mattered, too bad.”

In my first post here I said that the endings might have been done this way so they don't have to include an endgame. If V is in cyberspace/outside of NC etc... how can you go back to playing in NC?

If you already know the ending (V finds a cure) then it's not a cliffhanger

My guess regarding a DLC is that it's focused on a side character whose story arc is intertwined with that of V's when they're still an active Merc in NC. I wouldn't be interested in a DLC that expands the story of V. I have no incentive to play such after experiencing the endings.

And V definitely dies or ceases to exist in the physical world in any of the endings, no question about it. Her own immune system treats her like a foreign body and her biological life is on borrowed time of 6 months. If Arasaka can't help her then I doubt any of Panam's nomad contacts can do anything to help.

Hm, cyberspace is in all 3 endings, as much as 6 months expirstion date. As i said, i do think going as V after soulkiller would be more interesting option, storywise. But then again, considering what we got here, i got big doubts.

you are the one crying, in my ending (Arasaka) no one told me about the "crystal palace". Why would your ending be canon and not mine?

Going as some secondary character would destroy anything you do in main game, makes 0 sense. Its like you play Geralt and then in dlc you play as Lambert.

Well, if they make paid story continuation DLC, I won't be buying it. And if I did I'll make sure to check the ending to know that I won't be wasting my time again

Six months for save V and they have spoiler the "casino heist" and no, the crystal palace is not a small location, it's a big space station (similar to Gundam colonies).

That is why people write here. We just want to hear from cdpr hey we are working on the story let us alone. If they just said anything this thread would stop in a minute. I really felt like they cant contiue story. I would love to be wrong. You could have created V only for multiplayer. Like some paralel story, or that shitty 6 months montage to be missions in multiplayer
