Why is it always the guys with 5 letter usernames that sound like they were generated by a randomiser who think we want a Disney ending?

We want an ending that does not give you a stroke when watching it.

But hey. I guess working against what Mike pondsmith envisioned for his universe is cyberpunk.

Having so think about how many songs there are in disney, i was reminded upon the "Corporate Wars the Musical" shards you can find...
Now i definately want that as a Braindance DLC - Experience the world of it through song and the eyes of Morgan Blackhand :D

Hi everyone,
I've been following this thread for some time, and I'm with 95% of people here. For me in Panam ending there are lot of hints (what Panam said at the dam, what Cassidy have said, the Iliad shard, that gear in a locker that we cannot equip, even that V lost all of the money, and we do not have any of gear we collected) that what we have seen is just the end of act 2/3 or "Part 1 of Cyberpunk 2077". If I recall correctly in the Polish version that epilog is called something like "New beginning". In my opinion, devs should put "To be continued..." at the and of credits in "most canonical endings" (Arasaka-corpo V/Panam-Nomad V/Legend- Punk V) to indicate they are working on expanding the story, but with pressure from execs and press they had to come up with some solution. Without this statement, the game is too open-ended, and we are just left with our predictions and hopes.

It is, and the more of us spend 5 minutes to reg on Nexus and support the mod request, the more chances we will got.
Now i'm thinking about open public letter to CDPR (and probably Mike Pondsmith too) and, i dunno, petition on Change.org. Anything to make a noise.

You got me with that open letter.

Something that makes for me Detroit become human one of the best games in the world is the lots of different endings that the game has.
And there is no way you can not be satisfied with at least 1 of the endings.

That moment when you figure out that Call Of Duty Cold War has more meaningful choices with consequences that makes its short campaign even replayable :smart:

you can do all love interests side quests before that. you just need to save Evelyn and help Panam with the Raffen Shiv.

I think that Takemura will call you for the parade after you help Panam with the Raffens, even if you haven't found Alt, but maybe I'm wrong. Anyways, during Panam's questline, V has a really bad relic malfunction and goes unconscious, and explicitly acknowledges that he/she hasn't much time left, that's why in my next playthrough I plan to do Panam's quest as last thing before the parade.

And I don't think you can do Kerry's stuff before meeting Hasako's proxy, but maybe I'm wrong

Well i haven't even complained about music yet, just sticking to story. Cause tbh i like Never Fade Away and that ends the list of songs i like when driving. But hey, i want them to focus on fixing story, i can always mute the radio, but can't do nothing about bad story.

This is completely bizarre.
The game do everything to force you to run the main quest ASAP.
Relic glitches every other mission no matter Mq, SQ gigs, by the end of the Judy and Panam story arc you catch major malfunction that sends you into coma, with Judy this is done underwater so you can be glad that the girl has a strength to pull out dependable on cyberware body.
At the end act 2 it is said that you almost flatlined with comment from Johnny that you need to meet with Hanako ASAP, and this will trigger the point of no return.

Like really this is making this game in RPG terms completely unrepeatable.
There are 2 endings that permit playing after MQ, Panam that could be retcon that you have some stuff to close (SQ, gigs) in the NC, and Arasaka ending with SYS could be retcon with cloning.

You can go back to playing the game with out losing the beat.

Yeah, hero's journey in both movies had a clear sense and closure.

Sadly here we do not have either...

If V has to be a vessel for Silverhand why not to create hole story about Silvehand in the manner "After 50 years of sleep he awakes in new body... blah blah blah". For me the story is about V and how he manages to get rid of an irritating friend from his head, not about the return of Johny Silverhand...

I am also dissapointed beacuse it seems there is not even one happy ending where V can live and heal up damage that shard did to him/her.

I mean how can you make 6 endings, not not give even one happy one.... So all endings are meaningless because we either die before last missions, we die during last mission by losing our body or we die few months after winning our body and mind back.

WTF?

Did CDPR have too many razors in office?
lol
