Already back in 2018 they advertised it as an RPGI don't think Cyberpunk can be classified as RPG, it is an adventure shooter. It is equal to a Far cry. But in a city, now we know why they have never released a Far Cry in cities.
Yep, and that's the worst part - that you don't have any choice in the matter at all, when we were promised that we would. We suffer for 20-30 hours with our MC and then die apparently.
Ehh, the choice point in this game is up to long debate, the problem is are choices at the end. hell even Far Cry 3 had more diverse choices kill friends to become some sort of a legend or go back to normal life.I honestly feel like I didn't make V, appearance yeah but I feel like V is just too pre-written. I'm not far in the game still though. Also some choices are just more information, nothing that affects the game, far as I seen. I also notice that you get one dialogue option sometimes, guess so we feel like we did something?
No need for that, could just make and ending where V survives but Johnny willingly sacrifices to save V.They could easily add other endings once they've fixed all the bugs. It wouldn't take much to finish the mission, delete the option of rerunning it, and put V back in the city if he survived. The problem is that there's no endgame. You'd end up with an empty city with no missions available.
For the record, just surviving isn't a 'happy ending' for everyone. For that to happen, V needs to survive, Johnny needs to get a new body alongside Alt who also needs a body. The problem with this one is that they'd need to get Keanu back, and that wouldn't be cheap.
At a minimum, V needs to survive with Johnny put in the same virtual place as Alt, so they can live together forever. I don't think this one would even need to bring Keanu back, so it'd be cheaper![]()
That would be the worst DLC ideas since blue weapon skin in Evolve.I honestly think that there's no chance of getting an ending related dlc, since endings, beside v dying/going to die later, are different from each other.
They just give us the illusion of being able to choose and change things, but everything is obviously scripted from the start. Imo they're gonna release some vehicle customization, player customization additional content and stop.
In only one ending is V permad. That is suicide. There is even potential in the ending where Johnny takes over for V, or rather, copy V (?) to return as a playable character.I honestly think that there's no chance of getting an ending related dlc, since endings, beside v dying/going to die later, are different from each other.

Yes, I suspect there is a large amount of cut content. I suspect they had (have) an overarching plot. They just released the game a mess. They simply weren't ready yet. They didn't have to falsely advertise the game though. That's unforgiveable. So, I saw a post on Reddit mentioning that you meet Padre as though you never met him before, even though the montage shows it and even though streetkid V knows him, this caused people to speculate there is cut content, perhaps a cut ending too we get later? Maybe another creative death lol
Err... Follow the story, fall for Panam, then rush to get more missions with Panam to get ya fix, then find yourself at the end in 30 hours, die, wonder what just happened, chop onions and lots of them to cover your pain. So, exactly what we do in Cyberpunk 2077?![]()
A lot of things don't add up. Why I have some optimism. Unless they decide to just abandon the game.Thinking, why 7 endings? And all ending up pretty much the same? that seems a lot of work. Wouldnt it be better to do like 3 or 4 strict ones. Dark one, gray one, happy one and some other one maybe? Would have worked out much better imo.
It would make sense for a return ending with Nomad and Street kid either to night City or with the Aldecaldos, an ending for corpo in space and getting a new body and then maybe the Johnny ending where V dies.Thinking, why 7 endings? All we need now is just a respons, that is all. If we get anything or we should just go fuq ourselves.I said it in a past post..... It will all depend if CDPR really cares about their fanbase or will just go with the attitude of Bioware & EA with Mass effect "fu** you" message when you shot the reaper kid and them not changing the endings at all.
I believe and hope in CDPR, that is all we can do for now.
The good thing is you guys feel the same as me, we all (most of us) want an ending where V survives, and having more voices out there to convince them gives us more of a chance to get such an ending or dlc.
so remember "Goodbye, V. And never stop fighting"![]()
I feel ya man. For me it's just as bad if not worse. Not sure if its actual V or clone and then they say you die in 6 months. Like, come on, gimme a break.Checking in on this thread only to see how quickly people start saying the Nomad ending is a hopeful one every time got me like

I think it's the most organic ending, in terms of how the story plays out. But let's be honest, none of these endings are particularly hopefulChecking in on this thread only to see how quickly people start saying the Nomad ending is a hopeful one every time got me like

I always clarify *copy V to people's annoyance when I discuss that ending. I only brought it up, in response though. I purposefully left it out of my first post.Checking in on this thread only to see how quickly people start saying the Nomad ending is a hopeful one every time got me like
