How do I loot Jackie's body from the Delamain cab?

It would not let me loot him before exiting the cab. It's driving me a little bonkers.

If you sent Jackies body to the "right" place you will have a chance to get your hands on that loot. Only way to get it.
You will have to wait 24 hours after a certain quest for them to appear though... at a certain "table". Trying to be as spoiler free as possible here.
