I'm sorry, but without an NG+, there should be no "locking" things away of any kind. The elevator is non-functional after the gig, and now anyone who missed it has to start an ENTIRELY new character to get not only the achieve, but complete the iconic outfit? That's some seriously rage-inducing decision making. Come on CDPR. You know better.

Dunno. I have every other piece of the outfit, the gun, the car... but now I can't complete the achievement or the outfit. That just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It's like "Oh look! You're so close! BUT WAIT! You didn't explore around the corner this one time? Welp. Screw you!"

I've got a LOT of iconic weapons. It's hard to know what I missed.
