So, the Heist went tits-up, Jackie and V squeezed out of the pillar, and while T-Bug's looking for a way out I ran up the stairs to get the katana, only to find the door, that leads out to the glass stairs, locked. 
I've played this mission at least 9 times before, this is the first time I can't go up to Saburo Arasaka's AV to get the sword.
Is the door supposed to be locked now? So no katana for us?
