I am on the mission Gimme Danger and I'm supposed to go up an elevator to meet with Takamura but when I go inside the elevator its just not there. I saw a walkthrough cause I thought I was missing something and ya the elevator is missing.

Ok its fixed after verifying files i had 3 corrupt files and after downloading the elevator appeared
