[SPOILERS] Faithful Friend Still Bugged
Supposedly in this patch, Faithful Friend would be fixed in the quest log, which it is on my previous save. However, since Redania's Most Wanted and the Nobleman Statuette were failed, I completed the end game again to clear them out of my quest log. However, when I get all the way to the end, Faithful Friend still bugs out (after you talk to the soldier, the quest stays grayed out with no objective, despite the journal entry updating, and it doesn't complete). I thought nothing of it and that it would fix, but it actually fails in the log as Geralt and Ciri approach the Nilfgaardians, and even in the endgame it still stays fail. Frustrating.
I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this and found a fix? I tried reloading at different times, approaching the quest in a few different ways, verifying files, etc. and nothing has worked thus far.
