(Spoilers) Regarding the ending

In the bad ending I take it Geralt dies? the monsters come and kill him in the crones hut. And if you get the good ending does Ciri stop the white frost or just make a portal and comes out alive without stopping it?

Well, we didn't see it, maybe he's fine, maybe not, some sort of open ending I think. In the good ending I'm sure Ciri stops the white frost., It was her plan all the long and I think Avallach plan too. Avallach sure didn't like the wild hunt king, but the white frost was much more important matter. The white frost actually killing the elf's land where Avallach and wild hunt king from. So wild hunt king wanted Ciri to open a portal and conquer another world to live, but Avallach had much better plan - just stop white frost completely. That's why he cared so much about Ciri ( oh and Lara stuff, but I think it's a minor) , she's a key to save his world.

The fact that Geralts fate is not told in that ending where Ciri never returns is very telling(in the other endings, his fate is told). Like could Geralt and Ciri be alive? Yes, but there's just too much to point that both die in that ending.

I wonder what happens if you take Ciri to te emperor after battle of Kaer Morhen, but side with Dijkstra in his plot. Emhyr gets killed, I suppose, but does Ciri become emperess anyway or not?

You'll get the witcher ending or the bad ending. For empress ending you MUST side with Roche and after battle of Kaer Morhen take her to the emperor. If you side with Dijkstra or don't do Radovid assassination quest - emperor dies.
