Spoilers TW2 choice carry over rose of remembrance

the spoilers that i have to share are mostly from TW2 about the rose of remembrance.
in TW2 i had a game that i didnt

and i dont know what happened to that save but i no longer had it and the save game i have now have a

"dry" rose of remembrance

in it. i didnt remember that it would have been an issue in the next game until it was too late. so i was hoping that there was a way to edit that quest?

Yeah, I think it's supposed to work this way.
The rose wouldn't dry out if Triss was Geralt's true love. You may want to, but she's not.

Just don't worry about it - it doesn't mean that your save didn't import correctly.
