(SPOILERS) What MAIN quests reference info from others?

At various points in the story some quests reference info learned in others.
For example Hanako using the Doll you can tell her about Hellman and Alt. (But only if you have done the main quests for them).

I know there are a few other spots like this and likely some i missed.
Im looking to do a playthrough where I hit ALL these points if possible.

So does anyone have a list of these moments so i can work out a play order to cover all these plot points?

I don't remember to much about infos learned in a previous quest used in other quest.
But one fore sure (but it's a GIG "used" in a main quest :
