[SPOILERS] World Event Question

I came across this world event in game under the highway on the east side of the city, there's a dead body, a crate and a datachip at this location, but I can't figure out how to open the crate. According to the datachip, there's a biotechnica crate inside that had a failsafe that killed the person inside the shack.

Does anyone have any pointers on how to open this thing?

Might be part of another gig or sidequest - everytime I've stumbled across things like that - later on they've been 'activated' and I returned there. It's possible to loot major gameplay locations before ever reaching the story part of them. You can get almost everything from the Ebunike before you've even visted Vic after getting Dorsett.
