Issue:
When interacting with Brandon (S.C.C.M) in V's encounter with him where V deals with a vandal in the job 'Spray Paint', Brandon applies a status effect on V that lasts over 3 minutes, causing V to have visual distortions. This visually stays persistent after the duration of the effect ends. The effect is similiar to the "Relic Malfunction"
Workaround:
Save and load. Removes the effect as long as the status duration has been completed.
