Standard Play (Ranked) Disabled?

Anything from CDPR on this issue yet? Also I noticed in settings that it says I don't agree to their ranked TOS, and when I open the game initially says I'm rank 30 when I'm rank 5 on the season so far. I've tried reinstalling.

Ranked mode is working again. But i cant visit user profiles. Neither my own nor that of oppenents
