Starter pack issues

I purchased the starter pack a good 4 or 5 hours ago and I still have not gotten it. I've closed and restarted the game several times since then and I've emailed GOG support about it, but I'm sure it's going to be awhile before they get back. I was just wondering if this is a known bug or something or if there are any other steps that I need to complete besides contacting support.

Depending on your country and the payment method, the transaction might still being processed. Anyway, there isn't really much you can try yourself. I would just await an answer from CDPR. The only reason I contacted GOG was because the transaction went through GOG and had an email receipt from them. I will follow your link. Thanks for your help.
