I'm assuming that if I have the European version but live in the US I still need to wait for the European game update?Also, how do I get the "Game Owner" icon on this forum? I definitely own that game having DL'ed it from Atari.com.

I loved this game. Finished it once, then got too busy to play it again.Sorry if this has already been posted. I read through this thread and couldn't see anything about it. Does the original copy of the game have to be registered before the enhanced patch is released for that to be free? I am currently in the process of moving interstate and my boxes won't arrive for another 3 or 4 days so I won't have a chance to register it before the 19th! Or can I register the game after the enhanced patch and still get that for free?Please say yes!

I'm sorry but I think that is total bunk to make people who already paid for the game and supported the company to wait 3 days longer then people just now buying it. i mean I purchased the game at launch and I get shafted on when I get to play the EE version. I mean this is the opposite of what I thought would happen, I figured already paid for supporters would if anything get the EE version first or at the least the same day. I know its only 3 days but still seems backwards IMO. :-[

Its not a huge deal but I do live in the US and they get it on the 16th, so in all actuality I don't get it the same day. Hey in the end though I will be happy once I get it and I'm just dying to finally play the game after holding off since shortly after buying it. ;D

Well, if it helps for you non-North Americans, my shipment with 2-day delivery is not to arrive from Amazon.com until the 19th. Friday seems so far away!

yeah, the US edits are disappointing but i understand why it is. It's not CDP Red's fault, it;s the American ESRB rating system that would push the title to AO if they left it and no stores would sell the game because a ton of old people will complain and it would probably be all over the news as some big conspiracy to poison the minds of america's youth. It's crazy but that's our country's priority. Violence good. Boobies bad.

Nice information. I am going to be one of the Download for earliest satisfaction group but I also have a copy of EE on order. I have no complaints as to the time frame, censorship etc... However, there is one item that I would like to see on this forum. Sense I will own BOTH the original and the EE, and will have CD Keys for each, could I enquire as to the possibility of an additional Icon to the Profile Field to indicate the fact that Both SE and EE CD-Keys are registered? HeHe, a small thing but Hay, I want the bragging rights. And thanks to you folks at CD Projekt RED for putting forth the effort to make the EE a fact and also for putting up with the often ludicrous comments in these forums.

Great to see that this edition is coming out, especially since this has been worked on over the last few months by a team that did not have to create an enhanced version and could have worked on another project, so congratulations to the team for getting the version done and especially for offering as a free download for existing game owners!
