Steam achievement pictures need coloring when unlocked
I write this in tech support since it's a design issue that prevents some functionality:
When an achievement on Steam is being unlocked, the symbol for it needs to become a different one in color or design so that when you use comparative view (global vs. your own), you can actually see which ones you have unlocked.
You're not the only dev who screws it up; I notice it with various games. You also did it wrong with The Witcher 2.
I can't link you examples that are guaranteed to work because the view URL uses your own Steam profile as reference. But the link to the view I mean is
http://steamcommunity.com/stats/292030/achievements/compare/
If you own W3 and are logged in, you will see what I mean.
That view is useless, because the symbols of the achievements I unlocked are the same as for the locked ones.
Of course Valve could have designed that view somewhat differently to make it simpler for devs, but as it is right now, it's a problem.
Another example of doing it wrong is Skyrim:

An example of doing it right is Bioshock Infinite:

A guess of mine would be that you intended the icons to be grayscale anyway and that i.e. gray-themed icons became grayed out and thus remained the same. Although the image file URLs seem to be the same, so maybe you really did forget to provide the alternative set of icons.
