steam no rewards/v jacket

so started a new game after patch, when i got to v's apartment got jack, when i saved and exit to main hit 3 button for rewards said could not connect, also v jacket was not anywhere at all.

Having the same problem in GOG , looking for answers too, hope it gets either fixed or we get some sort of solution

You should get a message from vic at some point early on in the prologue but not right away. If you check for vics goodies as soon as you enter v's apartment they wont be there. But the rewards for registering the game should be there right away

Not the same and not related
DLC jackets are triggered by Viktor, but the "rewards" have to be in your stash right at the beginning.

it seems that the mod Cyber Engine Tweaks i causing this iusse, i disabled CET and the my rewards worked

fully deleting CET and reinstlling CET seem to fix it
