I dont' mind buying the game again later if they fix it.
Right now I should be enjoying myself with a great game while on vacation, I need those 60€ for other game.
Completely get you, I was not considering a refund tbh but now I am.
After completing the game (dodging the bugs) I realised that it's so broken that you do not get your end game rewards and instead lose everything you got (weapons, items, clothing, and experience/level progression) during the last mission (2 hours of gameplay).
You literally end up in a lift, two hours prior completion like nothing has happened. Pointless waste of time.

I agree! I honestly feel like I was lied to as a consumer and someone who was supporting this game. All this backpeddling and it seems with each patch, they are making the game worse not better. If its not the bugs/glitches, its the company's change of stance. I'm tired of the lies/deception and with this last one, the nudity and openess that was hyped about for months, suddenly they've changed their stance to censoring your character's nudity unless its in the inventory menu. What is the point of even customizing your genitals? Why hype up nudity in the first place? I bet the devs couldn't fix people's dicks/tits popping out of clothes in time so opted to just take it out entirely. Heaven forbid they would have to put effort into fixing a visual bug when it lacks comparison to the rest of the mess this game's launch has been.

I totally understand you and tried refund 4 times now on Steam with describeing exact this reason of false Advertisements and that Sony and the Situation is not acceptable for me. Maybe in a year or two when they changed I would come back but right now it's not that was they advertised me. But sadly Steam rejected this always with the playtime - even its under 18 Hours as character customization took 2h they don't care - try helpmerefund@cdprojektred.com - I did. They should pay it from their wallet if necessary. Or they change course of action. But until then I want a refund.I agree! 27 minutes into the game and I refunded it just now, hope it works, because I accidentaly deleted it from my steam library before refunding, thought it was the refund option but it was not lol.
Anyhow, I have another steam account and on that I still have the game. I bought it 2 times on 2 different accounts, I refunded it on my main account, on the other steam account I have like 37 hours playtime. I keep playing it on the other steam account (for trying some things out and experimenting with the game xd).

Yeah I got rejected from the steam refund as well because of play time. I'm definitely going to try with the email you listed, here's hoping. If I knew what I do now, I wouldn't of bought the game in the first place.
Jeah I hope that will do the trick. For me no more CD Red Projekt Game any more before release. Never ever. Always will wait minimal 1 Month until you get the real tests and score.
I'm considering it, yes. My progression into the game means little. If anything it puts me in a better position to comment on the games performance and decide whether this was worth the money.
In order to get to the end I have had to reset my game several times, wasting tens of hours, I've had to navigate seemingly game braking bugs for hours until I could get past them by mostly using other bug and glitches
(Like getting stuck in the elevator, all auto saves appear in the elevator, game breaking unless you use the door glitch to load up and hop through the closed door, this however can and mostly does lead to your instant death, instead).
Then my level 28 nomad save went missing for absolutely no reason, resetting me again.
I Finally get one save to the end of the game where it tells me I have completion rewards. There are no completion rewards and Instead it takes me back two hours, removes all items, weapons and two levels of experience I got through the last mission and that's that, the end.

Yes but I wrote them what the advertised and what the delivered and that it wasn't nearly that what they hyped for. Also it's not about the money - it's sending a message.
Hmm.. I've purchased through GoG Galaxy and not been able to get a refund. Been trying since the 16th..

Tobe fair not everyone got 2 versions and when you love rp and want to make to create a nice character for your setting and play until you can roam freely you already hit over 2h.

I'm just saying, if you are hit so badly financially over 60$, mabye you should rush through a bit, get to the free roam play a little, keep it under 2h, then decide if you want a refund. If you are so worried about 60$ you should probably do that for all steam games. Once you decide you like it, start a new game and take your time.
I have some 80-ish hours under belt ..... almost 30 of which made me start from start due to critical bug but I was like "will get over it, 2nd go at From zero to hero time!" and now after glorious patch 1.05 I was mid quest and suddenly, NPC just stand there and conversation lines don't appear so I can't proceed with quest further. I'm quite few tenths of hours in the 2nd playthrough you know, quite f-ing dull if you ask me.
I won't refund the game as I hope it will get better in future, also if modding will be a thing this game will be good later on.
But I do admit many are valid for refunds after so long because you can have your game wiped or perma-bugged even after 40+ hours into the game which is something you should NOT experience, this is not some indie 5-man team early access!!!

CDPR seems the new Blizzard, now all who felt betrayed need to wait 1/2 years with expansions and a ton of patches, to have the game they desired and dreamed about.
