Steam tip for CDRP - How to allow user choice/patch rollback

Since you state with gog galaxy user choice is paramount, so you allow updates to be optional... Please allow so on steam too. I know you already got the box checked to prevent FORCED updates, which is great, but you can go further:

And yes it is possible. Just not directly supported, but other smart devs/publishers already do this.

EG: 2k/Irrational did it for bioshock infinite:
http://support.2k.com/hc/en-us/articles/201338503--PC-5-21-2013-BioShock-Infinite-patch-notes

You simply add the old version as an optional "beta". So if a user experiences major issue with a new patch, they simply go to the game properties, select the beta1.06 and it patches the game back.

(or in the case of 1.07, it obviously wasn't tested enough on pc, so it might of been wiser to just release it as a opt-in beta in the first place)

Kudos to you for showing an example of where this was done before! :) Steam has long since needed this option used more often. CDPR needs to give steam users a key to activate on Galaxay, if they really want to stand by their claim of 'offering the customer choice". Devs, why haven't you allowed steam users to activate on gog.com yet?
