Stennis & Dijkstra Clarification: cards are not played at random

EDIT: Stennis and Dijstra say play 1 or 2 random cards from your deck respectively. However based on my experience they always seem to pull the top most eligible card(s) but they say "random" in their card description and I am wondering should these cards be reworded. The novice is an example of a card that appears to be indeed "random" based on my experience when pulling alchemy cards.

More like why this card does what it says when two other cards that say a similar thing seemingly don't :p

In general a lot of cards need clarification. Ihuarraquax needs to clarify that it checks only at theend of your turn for example

Yes sorry thats what I meant, like why does Novice have a similar wording to the other 2 cards when based on my experience they dont do the same thing.

Updated the topic of the thread a little and moved it to suggestions

So, what you are saying is that Dijkstra and Stennis do not play a random card, but instead play the top card(s)? Because that's not always the case.

EDIT: updated the topic yet again

Hmm I don't think that's always the case. With Dijkstra and Prince Stennis it's pretty often because these cards are usually used late into the match, after most other cards have been played. As for Arena, it depends on tye deck. Decks with ge'els and dijkstra can do a surprising amount of thinning so it may give the illusion of always playing the top cards.

on the other hand, maybe the rules in the arena are just different :) To quote Gaunter O Dimm, ''my world, my rules'' :p

Yes I agree you can only really test this out and be sure about this in Arena unfortunately which means the sample size would be small. Would just be great if the devs confirm this and make changes to the wording.

I guess another way to test this is play a game with friend and ask them the guardian and see whether the lesser guardian is always pulled.
