It been a month and 1 day now and still no official redkit 3 mod tool yet?

I don't know what kind of answer you expect to get. No, there is no modding tool available yet.

I can understand their reasons but i think this will be a big mistake, the witcher is a great game but is laking endgame wise. the only thing players can do is start the game again, as someone said a lot less people will care about the redkit if it will be released a year or a year and a half after game launch.
Hope that the reds will surprise us and release the redkit earlier. even 6 months after release is ok

That's like 6-12 months. Who will make a deliberate effort to mod it that far down the line???

Mod Tools for TW2 were released like 2 years after the game released, so lol to your question.

It's gonna be a while folks.

Redkit1 was a very hard program to use but it was manageable, but it was possible to create interesting quests there. but if you will search for adventures you will see very few. I think that one of the reasons was that redkit1 was released so far down the line.

Skyrim's toolkit also release after 6 months release. be patient.
