Stop Killing Games initiative... and CDP

I would like to kindly ask in what capacity is CDP/R affiliated with VidegamesEurope?

I feel like the lobby is working directly AGAINST consumer rights in the video games industry and as such puts shade on affiliated developers and companies who are partners to the group.

Such entities should be ASHAMED to put such statements "disagreeing" with the initiative while not addressing... or willingly omitting, showing a lack of understanding of what SKG is all about.

Its getting on my nerves lately all the blatant lies and misconstrued statements in media in general to the point where I have to go out of my way to fact-check EVERYTHING I am interested in and what is a contested topic (whatever it may be). Lately, even fact-checking outlets and sites tend to disappoint, GREATLY I might add. If I find by chance that they get things incorrectly in the field I am knowledgeable about I tend to wonder what of the things I do not know much about. How am I to defer to their judgment now? Legacy media are done for me with blatant lies spread around the world citing their "experts" ...

What I would like to know is what is the CDPRs position on this. Plus, what is the broader community opinion on this.

What is Stop Killing Games?

I know enough about this to be aware that it is definitely political and, as such, doesn't belong on this forum.

Since your OP, which I will leave unedited, is also unnecessarily hostile, this thread is now locked.
