Hi, I have the Witcher 2 premium edition and I found a storage place by chance in the inn in act 1. It's a chest near the three guys you can play dice poker with. I was pretty surprised because I'd heard there was no storage in the Witcher 2 but guessed it must be because I had the premium edition.

Now I was just wondering if this storage works like in the first Witcher game so I can find my stuff in act 2 and onward. Any other players that know?

The storage was added in a patch. It works the same aka transfers between chapters. There is a bug in Ch.1 though, if you want to access storage through the innkeeper dialogue, you will get a trade screen. So always approach the chest and open in manually.
Also in Chapter 2 you get 2 chests (one for each side) but do NOT use the one on the other side, only the one in your camp/city. It is bugged and you will lose all items or have to buy them off the Mysterious Merchant.
