Strange screen bug in witcher 3 pc

So after last windows update i had this strange screen bug. Before that witcher always work just fine. Anyone could offer me some help maybe?

Problem "solved", apparently now i cant play on lower resolution than default for my pc.

That doesn't sound right, either. Can you explain what you're seeing in a bit more detail? (I'm not sure I understand that image.) Also, please post your specs.
