Strangest thing you have seen in the game that was not a bug. [possible spoilers]

The first thing that comes to my mind has to do with the mono rail system. I was far out at the edge of the map in some of the empty land that starts before the desert.

The TRACK coming from the city went into the side of a hill into a kind of metal house that I guess was suppose to be the beginning of a tunnel?

But when I looked inside the house had a back wall, a dead end basically. So I had thought maybe the trains come here for storage?

As I started to walk away one of the trains came roaring down the track and flew into the "storage"! I thought it was going to crash like I have seen cars do sometimes at dead ends, but no, it "mirrored" (flipped its direction) and reversing inside the "storage" then went roaring back up the track the same way it came.

I am sure I have seen other stranger things but that one stuck in my mind.

It makes sense as to what they are doing this for in the game and it was on the very edge of "out of bounds" so maybe the DEV did not think anyone would see this. I like stuff like this (seeing how the game sausage is made) when it is not a bug.

OH another one was and NPC, he was this large man wearing all "manly man" clothing (like his camo flat jacket ) except for ONE item of clothing...
He was wearing pink high heel shoes! It was a visually Interesting combination.

And I once saw a child walking with his sister along the street carrying a Glock in his hand. But I guess that is a more common "strange thing".

And this one may have been a bug but I do not think so: I was on top of a one story building looking down and saw a large open trash bin with an NPC crouched inside looking up at me!

It's raining and nobody is using an umbrella.
They could ad so much atmosphere with so little effort.
In the first Witcher game, the people of Vizima would complain and ran for cover when it started to rain.

Back to odd things, NPCs will run away or crouch in fear when they see me carrying a body. Gangsters see them being panicked but they don't react to this, not even when this happens in their own turf (that buddist temple on the hills, illegal casino by the canal, shady pubs...)

DAaaammmm.... wow, another example of how the npc have some hidden depth that many players do not give them credit for.
I fell from a building while practicing parkour and an NPC saw me hit the ground and said "That was ambitions, but why?" Shocked me because I had previously thought the street NPC had NO awareness at all.

They do have some kind of conditional response. For example, if you dress in 'rich' clothes (items that have the _rich extension in the item name when created through the command console), they will comment with lines like "Where did you buy that"? I guess it's a relic of a much more complex interaction system that got eventually shelved.

When you want to go into your garage, but it's crowded, when you look away and honk, the crowd is gone.
