Streaming issues found in 1.2/clean install

Still having stream issues for street signs and some billboards along highway.
I had this issue post 1.2 so perhaps it was never addressed.
They will load in eventually however it's sometimes 20-30 seconds later.
This issue only happens with textures, actual geo streams perfectly fine. No LOD issues either other than
texture resolution stated previously.

Anyone else having similar issues?

Yeah, it's very distracting now, don't remember seeing all this texture streaming problem before.

Oh yeah, it was there. It was worse actually. Pretty much just the street signs and some of the billboards. Honestly, they have improved the streaming, but it's still not fully optimized.
