I found a couple of minor issues that are still present in patch 1.12 (PC). If you try and buy from the food vendor right after the "A day in the life" quest, his inventory is broken and you get the screen as shown below with "missing vendor name".
I also have an issue with Overwatch, the rile you get from Panam. I did the Nomad questline first, then Judy's after. When collecting my items from Clouds, I noticed Overwatch was marked as a quest item (I'm not sure if it was always marked as that, but it definitely was after Clouds). This wasn't a problem as it had 0 weight. However I've just crafted the Epic version of it, and now I have 2 of the rile in my inventory, the new crafted one with better stats, and the old one still marked as a quest item, and it now has weight too. So I can't place it in my stash and have I guess permanently lost 12 carry weight as I can't drop it.
