Stuck in Borderles Windowed mode.

For some reason the setting can get stuck on borderless windowed.
Even after changing it if you go back into settings it will still be set to it.

I found alt tabbing or ctrl alt delete out of the game then back in then changing it again made it stick. I have to do it every time i start the game. Bit of an anoying bug.

It was giving me terrible sli performance until i finally managed to get it into full screen mode.

Same here : each time I'm starting the game the screen mode is back to borderless. The weird thing is the line "FullScreenMode=" stays to "2" (2= full screen I think, 0 to windowed, 1 to borderless) in the file "Documents\The Witcher 3\user.settings".

I also have terrible performances in borderless mode, when it's much smoother in full screen. Even if fraps give me the same average fps (38 to 50), the difference is clearly visible between the 2 modes (like night and day).
