Stuck in "Get it Together" mission

+
Hello.
I have this issue with the PL dlc where in the “Get it Together” mission I am stuck at Meet Reed at the Moth.
My V goes up the stairs and get the relic malfunction but then that’s it, I am stuck there. I can’t enter the bar and I can proceed with the mission.
Then I have the relic malfunction screen animation happening until I go far from the bar.
Need help because I can’t load an older file since the only one is pre-dlc and I would lose around 20 hours of gameplay.

Hi,
If you're on PC and don't use (and never used) mods, you cand directly contact the support ("contact us" button).
If you're on console, you could also contact the support by changing your platform on the upper right side of the page, but first, try to clear the cache :
Xbox :
Unplugging method, works on any Xbox:
  • 1. Power down your Xbox using the Xbox controller or the Power Off button on your Xbox
  • 2. Unplug the power cable from the back of your Xbox
  • 3. Wait at least two minutes
  • 4. Plug the cable back into your Xbox
  • 5. Turn your Xbox back on

Software method, works only on Xbox Series X:
  • 1. Press the glowing Xbox button on your controller
  • 2. Scroll right to Profile & system
  • 3. Select Settings with the A button
  • 4. Select Devices & Connections > Blu-ray > Persistent Storage
  • 5. Select Clear Persistent Storage
-------
Playstation :
  • 1. Power down your console. Do not enter Rest Mode.
  • 2. Wait for the lights on your PlayStation to turn off completely and unplug the power cable.
  • 3. Wait minimum 2 minutes.
  • 4. Plug the power cable back into PlayStation and turn the console on.

Hello. I’m on console (ps5) and I have tried clearing the cache already. I tried contacting support but for some reason it didn’t work out for me. Would you be able to help me in reaching support maybe or raising a ticket for me please?
Thanks

You're not able to send a ticket using this page? ("contact us" button)
The form doesn't appear? Or you get an error when sending?

Posts teleported to a new thread.

You should certainly send the issue into CDPR Support, as @LeKill3rFou mentions above. Give it an hour or so and try again if it fails to go through. The forums are running weirdly for me as well (delays, pages 404ing, etc.) and minutes later it will suddenly work just fine. Such is the net.

I get an error when trying to send. I’ve tried it multiple times

The problem is though that if this is on console I'm not very optimistic there will be a quick solution.

Loading an older save game definitely seems like the safest bet here - even though this means losing many hours of progress and I understand that this definitely sucks.

Bugs can be triggered by very specific orders of actions and therefore be especially difficult to reproduce without a save game - which is not accessible on consoles. Therefore, my guess is that without a save game it will be difficult for support to get to the bottom of it. And if reinstalling the game and clearing cache don't work, I don't see that many quick enough solutions. Even if support finds a solution this might take a long time.

If you are able to return to Vs apartment you could let V sleep a bit. Also, a few of the story quests can reset certain issues, but even that's a very long shot and very situational. So hard to tell and I wouldn't count on it.

If you know someone who owns the game on PC and doesn't use cross progression, maybe you could try creating a cloud save that you can use on PC, but no idea if that will help.

Thanks for your reply. I guess it’s rather disappointing. Maybe I’ll wait and hope that they fix this bug with the next update? (If there is one).
Because it’s difficult for me to redo the hours and progress again.

also, can you explain the PC approach for me? If there is a chance to somehow fix this maybe I’ll try it

There is no info yet if and when there will be a new update. But it’s always a huge gamble to hope that one particular bug might be addressed. Anything is possible though.

As for my crosssave idea:

But I guess that this would only be an option if your game on PlayStation isn’t linked to an account yet (which you probably did to get the in game rewards) and you know someone who also has the game but on PC so you could link your game to their account. However, that’s most likely too many ifs here. And I have no clue if this will lead to anything.
