Stuck in Reward Book & Training

Hello,
I would need your help.
Something changed apparently.
Before, I would connect and have access to my collection.
Now
- When I connect myself, I immediately come to the reward screen.
- When I close this screen, I am on the training page. no way to leave this, I can only start training games with pre-defined decks.
I have tried to reinstall fully, and on two different PCs.
What am I not understanding, please?

Please, try to remove and install the game but also manually remove the following folders first (back up your Thronebreaker save games before that!):

1. "C:\Users\<Your username>\AppData\Local\Temp\CDProjektRED"
2. "C:\Users\<Your username>\AppData\LocalLow\CDProjektRED"

Still as discribed.

There could be something wrong with your account. Please, contact CDPR support. They can see if something's out of place.

I contacted support, they changed my account, works fully now.

I am stuck in the reward book. I have contacted support but they have not got back to me. It has been two days, so I am now making a post on this forum in the hopes of garnering attention. i would really like to play Gwent!!

If it's an account problem, then only CDPR can fix it. Also, because of the weekend, their response might be delayed. Let's hope you'll receive an answer today.

What exactly is the issue? Not seeing game mode options apart from Training?

I have the same issue... After I finsihed the tutorial quest only the Reward Book and the Training mode is available. I reinstalled 2 times the game, deleted before all the leftover files. Nothing changed...
