The ship nearest the point where you find the mission A Costly Mistake has an opening on it that you can fall into but once in there, there is no way to get out. I spent 15 minutes trying, but it is not possible.
Only way until they get a big report and fix it I guess would be to reload a prior saved game. That sucks. I've been in stuck landscape in other games without a proper fast travel-on-the-fly, and its reload time.
I think my wife found this ship some time ago. The only solution for her was loading the last save game.
There is a few places where you can get stuck like that. If I'll find any when playing the game I'll report them here with some sort of proof and location information.
