Stuck indefinitely in a Delamain Call

I'm stuck in a fatal bug that doesn't even let me progress through the game. I'm stuck in an infinite Delamain call and I can't use the phone to make calls. I have to call Panam to progress in the story but I can't call her. Tried everything, from doin the epistrophy in north oak to going to Delamain hq and nothing works. If this isn't fixed i would lose my entire playthrough...

Have you a save before the "bug" occurred ?
(if not, it seem to be "bad"...)

I don't know if there is any workaround or a fix that you can do by your own
(maybe try to enter in combat, if Delamain would want end the call and not re-call right after exiting the combat)
If you don't use mods, you can report it to CDPR Support for help (and, fingers crossed, find a solution).
